[miningmx.com] – SOLIDARITY is to oppose Lonmin’s move to take away the union’s organisational rights saying the platinum miner was in contravention of the framework agreement, BDLive reported.
“Lonmin is in breach of that agreement and is starting the whole spiral of tension again,’ Solidarity general secretary Gideon du Plessis told BDLive. “It has put the integrity of that framework agreement in the spotlight,’ Du Plessis said.
