[miningmx.com] – THARISA Minerals, a European-based platinum group
metal and steel supply company, had secured R1bn in funding from HSBC Holdings for
new mine and concentrator in South Africa, said Bloomberg News citing an
advertisement by HSBC that was carried in Business Day, a newspaper.
The mine is a 4.8 million ton chrome and platinum mine operation with a concentrator
plant, said Bloomberg News.
