[miningmx.com] – PAN African Resources severed its last ties to the Mozambique-based Manica gold project, said BDLive citing a company announcement.
In a transaction published yesterday, Pan African sold its 42% stake in Auroch, a UK listed exploration company, in return for $1.8m in cash leaving the explorer “a nice, clean company”, said its CEO, Dean Cunningham.
