RG&E could be re-listed in September, says CEO Peter Gray

[miningmx.com] -- RANDGOLD & Exploration (RG&E) could be relisted in September, more than a year after it was suspended for failing to submit financial reports, CEO Peter Gray said on Tuesday.
RG&E released a forensic report that showed Brett Kebble, the former CEO who was murdered in September last year, along with other directors had misappropriated R1.42bn in company assets.
Gray told Classic Business Day, a week-nightly radio show, the report would allow shareholders to prepare for a general meeting on 30 June where they could raise questions about the process and the claims and counter claims with JCI, another Kebble company that was delisted last August.
In order to have RG&E relisted, audited accounts have to be published and the company is busy with that, Gray said.
"I would anticipate Randgold during September," Gray said in response to a question about
when the company could be re-listed.
"We have a timetable from the auditors and I feel comfortable we can call annual general meeting towards end of August for 28 September," he said.
