Sallies Posted: Mon, 12 May 2008 [miningmx.com] -- FLUORSPAR producer Sallies has raised R75.7m in rights offer of 151.5 million unsubordinated unsecured convertible debentures. The rights offer closed on 9 May and 139.5 million convertible debentures, being 92.1% of the convertible debentures offered, were subscribed for by existing Sallies shareholders and their renouncees. The underwriters to the rights offer subscribed for the remaining 12 million and a total amount of R75.7m was raised.
