[miningmx.com] — Simmer & Jack Mines announced on Monday that interim CEO Nico Schoeman has resigned with effect from December 30.
The company’s current CFO Marius Saaiman will take over from Schoeman, also in an acting capacity.
Village Main Reef announced earlier in December it will purchase Simmers for R1.3bn in a move that will see Village CEO Bernard Swanepoel installed as head of the merged entity.
