[miningmx.com] — NORTHAM Platinum announced on Friday that the management of its Zondereinde division had successfully concluded wage negotiations with the National Union of Mineworkers and Solidarity.
In terms of the two-year agreement deal, the average wage increases range from 9% to 9.5% in both year one and year two. The increases will be backdated to July 1, 2011.
