Citing Gilberto Rodrigues, CEO of Mota-Engil SGPS SA, the firm that is building the rail for Vale, Bloomberg News said the rail would be completed by August. “In due course the winner of the election will be announced and the country will return to normality,’Rodrigues said.
Malawi president Joyce Banda annulled the results of a recent general election and set a new one for 90 days after widespread irregularities in the voting process were observed.
