[miningmx.com] — THE National Union of Mineworkers said it will begin wage talks with top platinum producer Anglo American Platinum from Wednesday, and will push for a 20% wage increase.
Num said in an e-mailed statement it will also demand a year-end bonus for all workers and for an increase in the company’s contribution to medical aid to R2,000 a month per worker.
