[miningmx.com] – SIPHO Nkosi, CEO of Exxaro Resources, sold shares in the coal and diversified company worth R5.2m in two separate transactions, according to a company statement.
A total of 36,000 shares in the company were sold in two tranches worth R1.4m and R3.8m at a share price of between R144,77 to R146,66/share. Exxaro is currently trading at R141,75/share.
