SA not signed nuclear deal with Rosatom

[miningmx.com] – CLAIMS South Africa had signed a definitive $10bn agreement with Russia’s Rosatum for 9,600MW of nuclear power had been over-stated, said BDLive citing comments by the Department of Energy.
