Tharisa restarts at processing facilities

[miningmx.com] – CHROME and platinum group metal (PGM) producer, Tharisa, said its Tharisa Mine processing plants had resumed operations followed a stoppage following a fatality at the premises.

The fatality occurred at the company’s Voyager concentrator plant on November 5 during routine maintenance, the company said.

Tharisa said the processing plants “… have resumed operations following the upliftment of the Section 54 order issued by the Department of Mineral Resources,” the company said.
