[miningmx.com] – Bernard Swanepoel, the non-executive chairman of Village Main Reef, is one of three new independent, non-executive appointments to the board of Impala Platinum (Implats).
He will be joined by Sydney Mufamadi, the former minister for safety and security and Nkosana Moyo who was previously vice-president and COO of the African Development
Bank in Tunisia, said Implats.
