Former BHP boss gets R151m in shares

[miningmx.com] – MARIUS Kloppers, the former CEO of BHP Billiton, stands to receive R151m in awards of company stock, said BDLive citing the mining group’s annual report published earlier this year.

These shares will be in addition to shares worth R310m Kloppers owned as of June 30, said BDLive.

Kloppers officially retires at the beginning of October. He was succeeded at BHP Billiton by Andrew McKenzie.
