NUM fails in court bid to stop restructuring

[miningmx.com] – THE National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) has failed in its court bid to halt the firing of 3,300 workers at the Rustenburg mines of Anglo American Platinum (Amplats), Bloomberg News reported.
