
[miningmx.com] – JOHANNESBURG-listed diamond producer, Trans Hex, reported sales of R106.5m from its March quarter tender sale and said there was positive momentum in the diamond market.
Trans Hex was quoted in an article by BDLive to have said that there was “positive momentum” in the diamond market. The group’s March quarter sales was from 5,886 carats dispensed at an average price of $1,684/carat and an exchange rate of R10.75/$1, said BDLive.
“These sales reflect continued positive momentum in the rough diamond market and strong demand for Trans Hex’s production,” the company said.
