[miningmx.com] – GLENCORE Xstrata said its first half copper production increased a fifth owing to a strong contribution from its mines in Africa.
Output was 673,400 metric tons in the six months, reported Bloomberg News. The figures include operations acquired from Xstrata, the newswire said.
