Pan African to offset output drop

[miningmx.com] – PAN African Resources may extract ‘old gold’ left by former owners at its Evander Gold Mines as the company encountered a likely 15,000 to 20,000 ounce drop in the mine’s gold production.

The old gold was left by former owner, Harmony Gold, at its shaft 7 operation at Evander, Ron Holding, interim CEO of Pan African Resources told BDLive. Pan African Resources bought Evander from Harmony last year for R1.5bn.
