Pan African agrees 8% wage increase

[miningmx.com] – PAN African Resources has agreed to an 8% annual wage increase with unions at its Barberton mine for 2014 and 2015, the company said in an announcement today.

The increase, effective from 1 July 2013, was signed with the National Union of Mineworkers and UASA.

“This agreement concludes all of our wage discussions for 2013 and finalises both Evander and Barberton’s wage negotiations for the next two financial years,’ said
