[miningmx.com] – ATLATSA Resources Corporation said the mineral resources department (DMR) had approved its application to transfer prospecting rights adjoining its Boikgantsho platinum project to Anglo American Platinum (Amplats).
Amplats owns Mogalakwena, a mine neighbouring Boikgantsho. The mineral title executions were required as a condition of a restructuring of debt between Atlatsa and Amplats, the company said.
