[miningmx.com] – ANGLOGOLD Ashanti chairperson, Tito Mboweni, has been critical of South Africa’s labour relations record saying it lacked the an ability to compromise and included destructive behaviour, said Bloomberg News.
Citing a speech in Dublin, Bloomberg News quoted the former labour minister as saying:
“The recent history of labor relations in South Africa has not been a proud one and poor communication, a lack of respect and good faith, destructive behavior and an unwillingness to compromise have been observed far too often,’ Mboweni said.
