[miningmx.com] – THE Association of Mineworkers & Construction Union (AMCU) has warned of havoc if rival, the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM), is successful in a legal challenge on its majority status at Lonmin’s Marikana mine.
The NUM has served an interdict on losing its majority status at Lonmin’s Marikana mine, a development that AMCU said in an answering affidavit would lead to “havoc and confusion”, BDLive reported.
