[miningmx.com] – AQUARIUS Platinum said it had completed the sale for $27m of its indirect interest in the Kruidfontein prospecting right to Pilansberg Platinum Mines.
In terms of a contractual obligation, Aquarius will then pay $10m to the original vendors of the interests in the Kruidfontein right within 10 business days. The payment would be made either in cash or a combination of cash and shares in the company.
