[miningmx.com] – WHITE Rivers Exploration, a gold, coal and gas development firm, is considering a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) later this year, said BDLive.
The company was founded by Australian exploration veteran, Mark Creasy, who has bought “… a large number of gold tenements in South Africa’s Witwatersrand gold basin”, said BDLive.
White Rivers executive chairman Neil Warburton told BDLive that the company would secure a lead manager around May this year to steer it towards a primary listing in either London or Hong Kong with a secondary listing on the JSE.
