[miningmx.com] – PAN African Resources has appointed Ron Holding as its CEO following the surprise resignation earlier this year of Jan Nelson. Holding was joint acting CEO with Cobus Loots who will now become the firm’s financial director.
Loots replaces Busi Sitole who announced her resignation in order to focus on ‘personal commitments’. “Ron’s in-depth knowledge of Pan African Resources and its operations makes him the ideal fit,” said the group’s chairman, Keith Spencer.
