[miningmx.com] – A ZIMBABWEAN parliamentary committee said tens of millions of dollars in diamond mining revenue never found its way to the country’s treasury, reported Bloomberg News.
Zimbabwe’s 2013 National Budget shows some $41m was paid to the Treasury, but Mbada Diamonds said it paid $293m to the government since it started mining in the southern African country in 2009.
